Easy DIY Foot Tea for Runners

A cup of tea for your feet perhaps?

Yes, it's a bit silly and may sound like a joke, but adding selected herbs to a foot bath will freshen, cleanse, soothe, and even help deodorise.

Does it sound more like something you want to try now?

In the Bag

If you're not a fan of picking bits of soggy herb from between your toes after a relaxing foot bath, then pop your herbal blend into a teabag.

See where I came up with the term 'foot tea'?

OK, let's make some!

What to Select

You can choose between any number of dried herbs for a foot soothing blend. This particular combination was made special as a little extra gift tucked into an order from a regular client who I just happen to know is a habitual jogger.

Here are the ingredients I used

  • Peppermint
  • Sage
  • Horsetail
  • Lavender

Method

Mix all ingredients and place into tea bags that can be tied shut tightly.

Here's how the final package looked for my client – enough for 4 soaks.

Do Tell

Have you ever used herbs for foot soaks? Which herbs are your faves?

Just wondered if this product would have to pass certain testing before selling to EU customer? Would this product class as cosmetic?

Hey there Kay - The product is 100% dry, so you would need safety assessment - no need of challenge testing. It is classed as a cosmetic as it is not labelled as a consumable.
