I've been to check out your site, and it looks like we have several common interests. I still am not able to get myself to use avocado on the face , but that's because I end up eating them before I get to try them as mask material. This is now officially on my to do list: don't eat that avocado - put it on the face!LisaLisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14566391113401195535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2131647485414323768.post-19728883883714563552012-10-11T21:08:12.224+02:002012-10-11T21:08:12.224+02:00I like to experiment and use tried and true foods....I like to experiment and use tried and true foods. In the past, I have used clay but have found it to be so drying. However, I appreciate your tip to rinse it off BEFORE it dries. Maybe it would be less drying? I also use clays in my cleansers, which get rinsed off right away.

Here is an article that I wrote all about choosing food items for your skin type to make into masks:

http://www.wildly-natural-skin-care.com/natural-face-mask.html

I'd say my favorites at this point in time are honey, vinegars (ACV and Balsamic), lemon juice, oats, avocado and grapes.
