Thistle Oil - The Omega 6 and 3 Powerhouse

Thistle (INCI: Carthamus tinctorius) has a history of multiple uses. The flowers have been used to make textile dyes since ancient Egypt, providing colors that range from deep yellows and oranges to rich reds. Narrowleaf Plantain (INCI: Plantago Lanceolata) is a veritable powerhouse of goodies – and not just for skin care. Because of its makeup, this plant has all sorts of beneficial properties that make it equally useful for internal use. I'm still getting to know it, but so far, it's proving to be a very positive aquaintance. Let's look at some of the magic it can do for skin.
