Brush Your Face

I find the long-handled brush
easiest to work with
How using a face brush will help firm your skin
One the first things on my to-do list if I ever become a millionaire will be to have a daily facial. If you've ever had one, you'll know how fabulous it feels, and how your face is refreshed, stimulated, and visibly firmer afterwards.
There is a way to acheive that freshness and firmness on your own – by washing your face daily using a soft-bristled face brush and a good skin cleanser. The entire process only takes about 5 minutes, and it's a great way to start the day.
Step 1
Wet your face and apply cleanser to your face and neck.
Step 2
Wet the brush and gently massage your face with it in small circular movements (always upwards and outwards). Start at the chin and travel along the jawline up to the temples. Then move from the middle of the forehead out to either side. Move from either side of the nose to the cheek.  Gently massage the area around your mouth. Finally, work from the base of the neck up to the jawline.
Step 3
Rinse the brush and your face thoroughly. Pat face dry.
Step 4
Apply your favorite skin tonic or mist.
Step 5
Finish with a face oil and/or moisturizer, and enjoy your gorgeous face!
